Our NEW Special Needs and Inclusive Dance Classes

As an autism mom myself, I GET IT! Its challenging enough to find an inclusive activity for my 9 year old son that he would enjoy and benefit from, but it’s even more challenging to take him somewhere where he (and myself) won’t be judged!  Studio Jacked is a no pressure, judgement free zone!

My goal is to create an inclusive, sensory-friendly program that would not only get my son and children alike, up and moving, but would be something to also help them socialize, express themselves, be free to stim, and help self-regulate. 

Studio Jacked is now partnered and certified with Rhythm Works Integrative Dance!

Our goal is to help children meet their unique needs through dance and movement and to hopefully be able to add it to Studio Jacked’s weekly dance schedule in the very near future! The classes will be led by myself (an autism mom, dance instructor for over 16 years, and former RBT), and Miss Danielle who is a certified speech-language pathologist. We also plan on bringing in a few more assistants in the class to have extra hands on deck! With both of our expertise, knowledge, and experience, we plan on combining basic dance skills with gross motor, and social-emotional activities in a safe, loving, and understanding environment.

    •    Our mission is to keep them engaged without the screens and follow their vibe!
